Our Baby Group is held every Tuesday morning specifically for carers of non-mobile babies (approximately birth - 7 months).

It is completely free and provides a safe space for people to connect with others whilst getting support and information (as well as a hot drink) from our NCT-trained practitioner. Includes short talks on specific topics:

• Sleep and routines

• Development and play

• Feeding and weaning.
